Emergency Call-Out

(Out of Working Hours): £75

(subject to area and availability)

Standard Appliance Repair fee: £25

Premium Brands & Range Cookers Repairs: £40

Labour included, no matter how many visits are required to complete the repair.

(Parts are charged separately if needed.)

This guarantee does not apply if required parts are discontinued or not available.

Payment Terms:

The Call-Out & Diagnosis Fee is paid directly to the engineer at the first visit.
